• Trim Stems: Cut 1-2 inches off the stems at a 45-degree angle with a clean, sharp knife or scissors.
• Remove Lower Leaves: Strip leaves below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.
• Use Clean Vase: Wash the vase with soap and water to remove bacteria.
• Add Fresh Water: Fill the vase with lukewarm water mixed with flower food (provided or 1 tsp sugar + a few drops of bleach per liter) (or flower food is even better )
• Change Water Regularly: Replace water every 1-2 days to keep it fresh.
• Keep Cool: Place the bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts.
• Avoid Fruit: Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, which releases ethylene gas that can cause wilting.
• Remove Wilted Blooms: Pick out any dead or wilting flowers to maintain bouquet health.
• Mist Occasionally: Lightly spray flowers with water to maintain humidity, if needed.
